My Journey with LetIt
A few months ago, LetIt was nothing more than an idea. I wasn’t part of the team yet, but I saw the potential. I first connected with the developer founder on Reddit. We spoke about his frustrations with the platform like how bans and limitations were making it impossible to build communities without losing everything. I shared my own sentiment and told him I believed an alternative was not only a great idea, but something worth pushing forward. From that conversation, I encouraged him to see that it was possible to build something better.
From there, I decided to contribute however I could. I showed up every day, helping with copywriting, translation, community moderation, and other ad-hoc work. I wasn’t getting paid at the time, but that didn’t matter. I wanted to prove my value and show that I was serious about supporting this vision.
Looking back, that decision changed everything. Today, I’m officially part of LetIt. I wear multiple hats, and my role grows alongside the platform itself. I now earn from my work here, and I’m proud to be part of something that started from a simple conversation and belief in a shared idea.
One thing that stood out to me from the very beginning is that the founder never fails to keep his word. When he says he’ll do something, he does it, whether it’s developing new features, sending my salary, or following through on promises. That kind of consistency and trust is rare, and it’s one of the reasons I believe so strongly in LetIt.
For me, this journey is proof that persistence, trust, and genuine contribution can create real opportunities. What began as unpaid support has grown into meaningful work on a project I believe in, and that’s just the beginning.
More Than a Platform
LetIt is also backed by real services. Until we reach full sustainability, our team offers website development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions to support both LetIt and other businesses. We also run a referral program where members can earn up to 30% in commissions for bringing clients to us.
We’re constantly building. From new features like night mode, file uploads, and integrated crypto wallets, to launching Android and iOS apps, the roadmap is active and exciting.
